Business Policies

Goblin-Cross Records and its owners and representatives pride themselves on their approach to individualized attention and service. It is a matter of company policy to ensure that the best possible product is achieved given the time and budgetary parameters outlined with the client. Payments to Ross Goodfellow and Goblin-Cross Records can be made in cash, certified cheque, money order or by PayPal™. Terms are 25% downpayment for sessions booked by first-time clients, and full balance is due at time of project completion. Specific terms of all transactions will be outlined in either a "Standard Recording Agreement", "Songwriting Agreement" or other such document signed by both the client and company representatives. All recorded media generated in accordance with agreements made with Goblin-Cross Records remains the sole property of Goblin-Cross Records until such time as all financial obligations are satisfied. This covers all recordings on compact disc (CD-ROM as audio or data), digital audio tape (all formats), cassettes, .wav files, audio samples, and all digital multi-track recording media (all formats). Goblin-Cross Records and Ross Goodfellow assume no responsibility or liability for subjective concerns resulting from, or pertaining to production value pursuant to areas of personal taste; as clients are granted full right to be present and involved in any mixing/production sessions. Clients assume full responsibility and liability for damages done to any equipment and property belonging to Goblin-Cross Records, whether deliberate or accidental. Once all financial considerations are satisfied by payment in full for all studio time, media or packages, (1) copy of the FINISHED PRODUCTION MASTER RECORDING on CD (compact disc) or (1) copy of same on digital audio tape (DAT) or both, including any DAT safety copies or backups become the sole property of the client.
